She is certified in multiple industry-leading extension methods, including Combline, Invisible Bead Extensions (IBE), Natural Beaded Rows (NBR), the Kristen Grip-KOVI Method, and is a Mermaid Extensions Educator. These advanced skillsets allow her to create completely customized options for every person who sits in her chair.
Hair Loss, Fine, or Thinning Hair
Tara offers today’s newest extension options, including Genius Weft and Micro Weft extensions which are ideal for fine or thinning hair, or for anyone wanting to add density without the bulk of traditional hand-tied wefts. These extensions shed less, lay flatter, and blend seamlessly for an ultra-natural look.
Her installation approach is tailored to each individual. Instead of relying on traditional rows alone, Tara builds density and length strategically using a brick-laying method. By avoiding overloaded rows and placing extensions where your hair needs them most, she achieves long-lasting results with less tension and less damage.

New Hair Extension Clients - Consultation Required - $50
For new clients or clients that Tara hasn't seen in 3+ months...
In this appointment, Tara will take a look at your scalp, hair, and density to determine if you are a good candidate for hair extensions and which hair extension method would be best for you.
There is a $50 nonrefundable deposit for this consultation that will be applied toward your first installation appointment.

If your extensions were installed by another stylist, additional time and adjustments may be required to ensure the health of your hair and the quality of the service. In some cases, an additional fee may apply. Over due maintenance or matting

How to Find the Salon & Where to Park
Extension Goddess is located inside the Mattison Avenue Salon Suites & Spa in Old Town Scottsdale. The main building is called Scottsdale Park Plaza. The entrance to Mattison Avenue Salon faces East, toward Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts/Drinkwater Blvd.
You can park in the parking garage located to the West of the salon suites.
